Vial Washing

    • TM&O Perry washers are designed to clean vials and bottles at outputs up to 24,000 per hour.
    • Our cGMP manufactured rotary (Model MP-RBW) series machines gently transport and decontaminate glass vials.
    • The machines ultrasonically clean, spray wash and rinse the interior and exterior of vials, and blow compressed air into and over the exterior of vials.
      Optional siliconization station and multiple container in feed and exit configurations are available. Changeover is quick and easy for a wide range of vials
